Before commencing any work on a construction site a person must hold a Construction Induction Card (White Card) issued by Worksafe Victoria.
This is a mandatory requirement of the construction industry.
The Construction Induction Training course is designed to equip you with the training and skills needed to meet all health and safety requirements for you to commence work on a construction site.
The course will give you an understanding of basic OH&S principles, current legislation, emergency procedures, hazards, risks and control measures.
Completion of the course is a stepping stone to enrolling into other courses in the civil construction industry.

Procon Training provides Construction Induction Training Courses that are Nationally recognised and approved by Worksafe Victoria.
Our priority is to ensure graduates will have the ability and confidence to perform their roles to a high standard and be able to maintain safety standards while working on a construction site.
You will undergo practical training at a work site and gain an understanding of real-life hazards or risks and how to respond to them.
While basic safety principles can be taught online, practical training sessions are the only way to acquire a thorough understanding of what is required to ensure the safety of equipment and workers on a construction site.

If you are working as a construction labourer, tradesperson, site manager/supervisor or someone who regularly enters a construction zone you will need a white car
A white card is the common name for the 1 day course- CPCCWHS1001 Prepare to work safely in the construction industry and can only be provided by a registered training organisation- which we are. The course is no longer available to do online and must be conducted face to face in a classroom setting and by a qualified trainer.

A White Card is A Construction Induction Card which is a legal requirement for anyone entering any construction site Australia wide.
The White Card is issued by Worksafe Victoria. It can take anywhere from 2-6 weeks to arrive. Your Certificate that you get from Procon Training is evidence enough until the actual card arrives.
The White Card is not a qualification, it is simply an Induction Card which explains how to be safe on a Construction site.
