A VOC is an assessment conducted on your site or ours by our qualified trainers, who assesses a person’s competence on a piece of machinery. This assessment has been specifically designed to assist employers and employees in continuing to provide a safe workplace by ensuring that those operating the piece of machinery know how to use it correctly and safely.
The Verification of Competency is ideal for people starting out in a new position within the construction industry. It is a practical assessment that assesses a participants’ personal knowledge and skills and how they conduct themselves within a working environment to determine their competency to use the machinery needed for the position correctly and safely.
Please note that this does not replace the need for their Plant tickets. It is an addition to this.
